Aoi has diverse international experiences, having worked across educational to recruitment sectors in both Canada and Japan. In recruitment, she has collaborated closely with luxury brands and major companies like Big4. 

She is committed to nurturing and strengthening stakeholder relationships. She is looking forward to creating a supportive and comfortable workplace environment for both stakeholders. With her background in recruitment, she is excited to contribute to building a cohesive and high-performing team.

She spent 5 years of her academic life in Vancouver, Canada, where she completed 1 year of high school and a college degree. Despite this international exposure, her personal interests lie deeply rooted in traditional Japanese culture. She takes great pleasure in practicing traditional Japanese tea-making (Sadou) and the art of flower arrangement (Kadou) and I hold certificates in both tea and flower arrangement.
